I’ve made an average of $10k per week since becoming a mom, while spending most days in the park with my kids.
But it wasn’t always like this…
The year is 2018. I had been “in business” (or rather, hemorrhaging money I didn’t have on what was becoming an expensive hobby) for two years.
- Two years since I bought a domain, got an Instagram account, and started an email list.
- Two years of 4:30 AM wake ups to work before my 9-5 job.
- Two years of monthly spreadsheets with hopeful goals about how many things I’d sell that month and how many subscribers would join my email list.
- Two years of pouring over every podcast, webinar and book I could get my hands on (but never fully investing in personal support because I downright did not have the money to do so).
- Two years of some wins, but inconsistent wins, and a mountain of self-doubt that built up during that time.
It all came to a tipping point one hot August morning on the NYC Subway, on my way to my 9-5 job.
I had been deep in mindset work and work work that summer, doing all I could to get to that $10k month. As always, I listened to a business-building podcast looking for Easter eggs to move me forward.
But that morning it hit me: This was just never going to happen for me.

👉 Me, a girl who was good at what she did, but believed others were better and more experienced.
👉 Me, the girl who didn’t have a savings account to help her grow this business… and it showed.
👉 Me, who had always been a big dreamer, but truthfully was often all show and no go. It wasn’t the first time I had declared a dream just to not follow through.
I wish I could say that a lightbulb went off on that crowded, coffee-breath subway car when I had this realization of self doubt. That wasn’t true. Instead, tears of defeat came down my face as I began to swallow what I felt fully in my body to be true.
$10k months were for others, but not for me.

My first $10k Month
A few months after what felt like an emotional rock bottom, it actually happened.
I’ll never forget being out with a friend in NYC one late November night, looking at my phone for a sale that came in and realizing that… I did it.
I’d officially made over five-figures in a single month.
I took a taxi home that night (instead of the subway, to splurge) and remember watching the lights of New York all around me, feeling the rush of possibility and like I had unlocked some new level of possibility. I had.
“This is my new normal,” I told myself.
And while it took the next few months to find my footing and lock that in as truth (including a few months where my income didn’t actually meet that), I have since had over 50 five-figure months and today, can’t imagine life without one.
Scaling my own services
Over the years, I poured everything into my services. I loved coaching, felt I was born to support entrepreneurs and saw those five-figure months turn into five-figure weeks.
The early mornings, the full calendars, the out of the box ideas, it was an incredibly exciting time.
And it all changed on another November night, just three years after that first five-figure month, when I gave birth to my oldest son and became a mother.
I quickly learned that the structure I had built, one with my services dictating my calendar and schedule, was not conducive to motherhood. At least not while my son was so young.
I spent the next 18 months focusing on exactly what I teach in this course: scale my services.

I took a deep look at what my clients really needed, and introduced other ways of supporting them that freed my calendar, like asynchronous support, different apps that felt less rigid than email or Slack, and different ways of storing and delivering coaching, like via private podcasts or storable content instead of calls alone (which I learned no one was going back to rewatch anyway).

Instead of burning it all down, I doubled down on the problems I could solve, and offered different levels of support on the other side of my client work. This allowed me to keep the business I had built but also transform it.

A six-month sprint can change everything
2018
2018 started after two years of my business struggling, to put it nicely. I had barely made more than $2,000 in TWO years.
In 2018, I started a sprint toward lead generation and sales. I took more risks and action than I ever had. For me, this meant going into debt as I didn’t even have $1,000 in my savings account.

How many coaching calls are included each month?
You’ll have access to 4 live group coaching calls per month.
Two are led by Leah, and two are led by Sara.
If you’re not able to attend, you can drop a question in the Facebook group, and we can answer it on the call for you and share the recording.
What if I can’t make every call?
That’s okay!
The program is designed to be flexible.
You have the opportunity to attend weekly, but you are not expected to show up to every single call in order to benefit from the program. Because there are four coaching calls each month, you have multiple opportunities to get support without feeling like everything hinges on one call.
The structure is meant to support real business owners with real schedules, including moms building a business alongside raising young children, those with full-time 9-5s, or multiple businesses that demand a lot of time (we’ll fix that, though).
Will I still get personalized support if I can’t attend every call?
Absolutely. Personalized support isn’t limited to live calls.
A major part of the individualized experience comes through your custom 30 + 90-Day Plan and coaching available in the Facebook community Monday through Friday each week.
Do I get coaching between calls?
Yes. There is a Facebook community included as part of the program, so you’ll have an additional place for support, connection, and conversation between calls.
How many people are in each cohort?
Monthly enrollment is capped at twenty participants to preserve the quality of support and the intimate feel of the program. The goal is to keep the experience personal and high-touch, rather than overcrowded or anonymous!
Enrolling sooner is the best way to secure your place and be prioritized for onboarding and planning support.
How long do I have access to the coaching?
Your coaching access lasts for 6 months from the start of your cohort, but you have the opportunity to renew at the end of 6 months. This is offered at an alumni-only rate that lets you stay engaged with the community of women you’ve been building alongside via the Facebook community and weekly live coaching calls.
How long do I have access to the curriculum?
You’ll keep lifetime access to the curriculum and materials.
How quickly will I see results?
