My desire for a big life used to get me into trouble.
I was the only girl in my small town dreaming about moving to New York City… and then, at 18, I actually did. Even my own parents told me to slow down, to be realistic. My dreams have always been the “too much” kind.
Maybe yours are too.
And maybe you know the feeling that comes with them: all that vision and ambition bottled up, a firework ready to explode… but directionless. Frazzled. In ten years of entrepreneurship, that feeling has found me again and again.
If it’s found you right now, it’s probably for a very real, very valid reason:
Motherhood is demanding a version of you that you weren’t prepared for, and you can’t see how to reconcile your most important job (being their mom) with the job that provides for your family (your business).
Or the “dance” being preached in online business just isn’t you. The trending reels, the daily posting, the exhausting content cycle… it’s not why you started this.
Or your calendar is simply out of room. You’re maxed out delivering for the clients you already have, with nothing left over to build what’s next.
Here was my most recent time:
I don’t think I realized it while it was happening, but I had lost myself in motherhood.
I was pouring everything I had into being an available, loving mom to my two young boys. And somewhere in all that pouring, the version of me that built this business got crowded out. My motivation wasn’t gone. There was just no room for it.
Until the firework feeling came back. And this time it came in so strong I couldn’t suppress it.
Because right then, my husband and I were staring down the biggest decision of our marriage: whether to buy my parents’ home in Colorado. The last home my dad ever lived in before he passed away. The one where my kids could grow up playing in the same mountains I did.
The one with a casual seven-figure price tag we did not feel ready for. đ
But I knew I wanted that house for my family
And I knew something deeper: I did not start this business to sit out the moments that matter most.
I was ready for my next income jump. My inner firework was finally ready to pop.
The question was how. I knew a life of constant posting wasn’t it. And I refused to fill my calendar back up to the brim… I had already escaped that trap once.
So I got ruthless about two questions: What in my business is actually scalable? And what would it take to fully leverage it?
The result… my first $50k month since becoming a mom of two.Â
The next month, $80k. Within six months, a $90k cash month.
And we bought the house.
That’s an income jump. A new baseline, built without more posting, more calls, or more hours. And that’s exactly what we’re going to build for you.
Hands down, the best platform for a scalable business is to use emails. Even if youâve been in business for a while and are a seasoned emailer, this module will help you see how much your email list can really do for you.Â
Â
Unlike social media, sharing via email means sharing to your people. People who want to be there, who have signed up to hear from you, and who can unsubscribe at anytime. Itâs a very different relationship than those mindlessly scrolling and happening to see your post without even consciously opening the app to begin with.Â
Â
Email is also incredibly batch-able and reusable. Unlike social media, you donât have to constantly churn out new, aesthetic content. See how I use email marketing as my main driver of sales, whether you donât even have a list yet or if youâre ready to monetize it.
The only thing social media should be for? To make sales.Â
This couse is not about going viral or getting likes. Itâs not about how to do trending reels.Â
Itâs about how to post on social media to make sales.
And, because this course is ALL about scalability, we show you to batch the content that creates sales in quick time frames, and then how to use ManyChat to make sales directly from them. Â
Perhaps the most important player in a scalable business system is to use ads. But ads can be complicated and far from intuitive. Thatâs why weâve broken down every part you need to know in thorough tutorials, AND through our regular ads-focused coaching calls.Â
Â
Youâll see the different type of ad campaigns we use for various roles in our business and clientsâ business: how to sell products directly from ads (no funnel required), how to minimize your need to post on social media thanks to ads, how to target your perfect audience and how to be omnipresent thanks to ads.
This module is worth the entire course alone! Learn my entire Passive Park Sales System from beginning to end, the most mom-friendly and life-changing strategy I have ever implemented.
Â
Youâll see how to create a low-cost digital product that sells passively, and Iâll show you the tech stack that shows you how to.Â
Â
Beyond just maing passive sales with ads, Iâll show you to use this system to sign on clients from passive sales made via ads. This is what keeps you off the endless sales calls, webinars, podcasts, etc.
See behind the curtain of selling a coaching, consulting, or retreat service at the seven-figure level. From sales calls that feel easy, to sales emails that get actually noticed by your people, to my signature personal outreach strategy that continually fills my programs, to how Iâve leveraged waitlists, especially during my pregnancies and postpartum periods. Youâll see effective but simple and straightforward ways to sell, that have made me nearly $3M between the cracks of motherhood.Â
Hereâs the core of it all: crafting services that actually create a difference in your clientsâ lives as well as in your calendar. Ones that restructure your business out of the 1:1 offerings and into scalable structures where you can spend the same amount of time but structure your offerings to many people.
Â
This is where you get exclusive insights into my seven-figure Mastermind program that has a 90% profit margin; both the creation of it and how I sell it. Youâll see how I sell out retreats, including ones in Paris, and quite literally get paid to travel the world with my clients. Youâll see how my business is structured to make ~$50k per month while I host a total of four calls a month and donât offer private coaching at all.Â

“Leah and her team were incredibly hard working, professional, empathetic, and went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience working with them! They also gave me such invaluable insights and perspective into how to continue to optimize performance for my sales as well as how to refresh and shift my business model in a way that helps me gain more qualified purchasers over time with less work on my part. I can’t recommend them enough! Leah is also a gem of a human!” – Cara Kavocs
Join us live in New York City for a full day of workshopping, coaching and connecting with your fellow entrepreneurs.Â
Here’s an example of what the day typically looks like:
9:30 AM:Â We huddle around a conference room overlooking Central Park, lattes in hand and ALWAYS some sort of NYC-themed music in the background (think saxophone covers of Frank Sinatra or a dramatic cover of Phantom of the Opera’s Music of the Night.) You’ll feel my love for NYC rub right off onto you, whether you think you like it or not. đ
10:00 AM: We have an interactive workshop on what’s working well in passive funnels right now. I share my exact insights into my own, as well as how I read this data and the numbers I encourage you to care about in your own funnels (and the ones that aren’t important). There’s open Q&A, and then we pair up to workshop YOUR funnel improvement strategy. I (Leah) and our support coach Sara go between each pair to answer real-time questions and review your ideas and content.Â
12:30 PM:Â We leave our conference room for a glorious lunch overlooking the skyline just a few blocks away. Over a delicious filet (and maybe even some champagne), we share our own insights into the your best life as an entrepreneur. Mom hacks, delegating, personal finance tips, how we’re building wealth while scaling a business… nothing is off the table and you’re realizing THESE are the conversations you don’t get with mom friends at the playground, and definitely not with your in laws. đ
2:30 PM:Â Break out your computer and execute on more in an afternoon than you’ve gotten done all month. We’ll have real-time content creation workshops, scheduling things out before you leave. I (Leah) will be with you setting up ad campaigns and troubleshooting ones you already have up. We’ll look at your data and you’ll benefit from the groups’ feedback on how to repurpose what’s working best.Â
4:00 PM: We toast for a happy hour on the day together and the connections made. You realize you’ve been able to focus more in this one day than you have since… before your kids were born lol? You exchange numbers with your colleagues and now have text-besties for all the ups and downs of business, plus people to refer you to all THEIR friends. You leave feeling inspired, clear and productive.Â
It’s the kind of support you’d expect from a 1:1 coach inside a group program that costs a fraction of the price.

When you join, you'll fill out a plan request form with important information about you and your business.Â

Leah and the LG team review your form and build you a custom 30 + 90-day plan based on where your business is right now and what's going to move the needle fastest for you.Â

We deliver your plan with a custom review of your business and strategy, and you get to work with us right alongside you every step of the way.
You'll get coached on your specific plan during weekly live calls, and our team is in the Facebook community every weekday to answer questions, give feedback, and make sure you're moving forward.

It took me three years of working during early mornings, late nights and weekends on my online business to really make money from it. I made just shy of $40k in the first THREE YEARS combined! But then, I made $150k in year four. And it wasn’t because of all the momentum from the first three years. It was from a six-month sprint of finally going for it that made all the difference.
2018 started after two years of my business struggling, to put it nicely. I had barely made more than $2,000 in TWO years.Â
In 2018, I started a sprint toward lead generation and sales. I took more risks and action than I ever had. For me, this meant going into debt as I didn’t even have $1,000 in my savings account.
Six months after my 2018 sprint, I was able to resign from my 9-5 job. I then had my first five-figure month, launched my first Mastermind, had my first six-figure year, and paid off my student loans years ahead of scheduled.
By the end of 2019, I had nearly $50k in my savings account.
Hitting five-figure months felt like a huge dream come true, but I also never wanted it to be a destination. Just a stop along the way to seven figures. So after a year of hovering in this place, I was ready for more and wasn’t sure how to get or see out of it. It took six months of my head down and willing to see and do things differently.
$10k- $20k months
This was an exciting time but also didn’t feel as abundant as I thought it would. My business expenses made me realize how much more I needed to benefit from my income, but I already felt maxed out from coaching and wasn’t sure what I needed to do differently.
~$40k- $60k months
After putting my head down to really understand how I could grow my capacity and increase my value, I hit a $45k cash month six months after that initial “I’m ready” moment. This was a full circle moment as this was how much money I made per year at my 9-5 job. I then had a six-figure sales month quickly after!
At six months postpartum with my first son, I started feeling the itch to get back into work again. My motivation was back, I was somewhat sleeping again, and I missed feeling productive and missed coaching clients.
Still, it didn’t happen right away, much to my frustration. It took time for me to get my business into a new rhythm.Â
Six months postpartum
This was an exciting time but also didn’t feel as abundant as I thought it would. My business expenses made me realize how much more I needed to benefit from my income, but I already felt maxed out from coaching and wasn’t sure what I needed to do differently.
An $86k Black Friday launch
Once I allowed myself to WANT a breakthrough, which took some mindset work as a new mom who felt “guilty” working, I transmitted all my energy and pent up inspiration from the hazy postpartum days and launched an industry-changing Black Friday sale on my VIP Days, making $86k in a matter of days. Over my son’s FIRST BIRTHDAY weekend.
Because real growth doesnât come from more noiseâit comes from focused support that meets you where you are.

Youâll have 4 live group coaching calls each month. The first and third call are led by me (Leah), the second and forth call are held by our support coach. If a month ever has a fifth week, that will simply be an off week with no call.
We donât do massive Zoom rooms or unanswered questions here.
This is intimate, high-level support.
Every call is designed to give you direct feedback, real-time clarity, and the strategy to move forwardâso you never feel stuck or alone.

You will have access to a private Facebook group for the duration of your enrollment. This is where the day-to-day coaching happens â where you get feedback on your work, connect with your fellow members, and stay accountable to your goals.
Sara, our co-coach, is in the group every weekday with a 24-hour response time. Leah checks in weekly and weighs in on anything that needs her direct input. You are never left without support.
This is a group coaching program. If you are looking for daily 1:1 access to Leah, her Mastermind is the right fit.

One of the most powerful aspects of this program?
Youâll never need to go searching for the ârightâ resource again.
Scalable Services includes an expansive, strategic content library that covers the entire foundation of building a profitable, service-based business.
No fluff. No filler. No shiny object syndrome. Just exactly what you need, when you need it.
Iâm a seven-figure business owner, NYC mom of two, and the creator of Scalable Services.
I started my business with a WordPress blog, zero audience, and a vision I couldnât let go of.
Since then, Iâve built a wildly profitable services-based business, served hundreds of clients, and made over $500K in cash every year since becoming a momâall while keeping my kids and calendar at the center of my life.
Iâve launched digital products, built passive income systems, and coached entrepreneurs through every phase of businessâŚ
But the foundation that changed everything for me?
Learning to scale my services.
I believe in offers that support your lifestyle. Strategies that donât require burnout.
And building something thatâs yoursânot just another version of someone elseâs blueprint.
Also: I still cry over a good founder story, am an aspiring runner, a âdog personâ through and through, and have a deep, unshakeable love for Central Park.
Sara is Leah’s trusted co-coach inside Scalable Services. She manages the Facebook community every weekday, reviews your work, answers your questions, and keeps you moving forward between coaching calls. Sara and Leah work together closely â when something needs Leah’s direct input, Sara brings it to her directly.
The evolution of a program thatâs helped hundreds of entrepreneurs build six-figure businesses
If youâve been around my world for a while, you may know that for years, I ran a program called Scale Your Side HustleÂŽ.
That program supported hundreds of women in turning their ideas into income and laying the foundation for online businesses that actually worked.
But as our clients evolvedâand as I did tooâone thing became clear:
They need real support in creating, executing, and scaling services that are profitable, sustainable, and uniquely theirs.
Scalable Services is the next chapter.
Itâs not a 1:1 rebrand of SYSHâbut itâs built on its strongest pillars, with more depth, more strategy, and more individualized support than ever before.
And the results speak for themselves:
Scalable Services is a 6-month business coaching program for established service providers, experts, and business owners who want to grow in a more sustainable, scalable way.Â
Rather than expecting you to follow a one-size-fits-all roadmap, the program helps you identify the best path for your business and focus on the strategies that make the most sense for your goals, audience, and capacity.
This could look like starting your own mastermind, finally getting your Passive Park Sales funnel live, shifting your business from a 1:1 to 1:many model, packaging existing offers in new ways to leverage more sales, and more.
Most programs give you a fixed roadmap and expect it to work for everyone. It doesnât. And itâs a waste of your time and money.
No one womanâs life is a carbon copy of another. So the plan shouldnât be either. I built Scalable Services on foundational principles that will help you build a strategy that actually fits your business, your capacity, and your goals.
Youâre not expected to squeeze into someone elseâs formula.Â
Youâre supported in creating a model that works for you through a high-touch coaching experience that features an individualized 30 + 90 Day plan outlining exactly where to focus for scalability, all without a 1:1 level investment.
Someone whoâs already really good at what they do, but is burning out providing high-touch services that arenât scalable. They are ready to stop relying so heavily on trading time for money.
Most members already have business experience, clients, and expertise, but want help creating more leverage for their business by improving their marketing and visibility strategies, building scalable revenue streams, or simplifying how they grow.
This program is for people who are excellent at a craft, or at least are clear on what they want to do, but either arenât comfortable with, or donât feel strong in, marketing it.Â
If you do not know what business you want to build, this is probably not the program for you.Â
But if you know you have a service you can offer or a problem you can help people solve, and you need help marketing it and scaling it, this is the place for you.Â
Thatâs exactly why weâre here!Â
A big part of this work is helping you identify what makes the most sense for your business based on your strengths, audience, and goals.Â
Itâs incredibly helpful to have new eyes on your services and expertise to help you narrow this down more quickly and efficiently, so you stop wasting time and start taking action.
Yes. A thousand times, yes.
This program is specifically designed to support women building businesses alongside full lives.Â
The goal isnât to do more. Itâs to build smarter, more sustainable offers that donât require you to be âonâ all the time.
A lot of the principles inside this program were born out of my own experience becoming a mom. When my oldest was born, I realized the business I’d builtâone where my services dictated my calendarâwasn’t going to work alongside motherhood. At least not the kind of motherhood I wanted.Â
So I rebuilt it. I created systems that let me spend my mornings in the park with my kids while still running a business that brings in $10k+ each week. That’s what this program teaches you to do, too.
Youâll have access to 4 live group coaching calls per month.Â
Two are led by Leah, and two are led by Sara.
If youâre not able to attend, you can drop a question in the Facebook group, and we can answer it on the call for you and share the recording.
Thatâs okay!
The program is designed to be flexible.Â
You have the opportunity to attend weekly, but you are not expected to show up to every single call in order to benefit from the program. Because there are four coaching calls each month, you have multiple opportunities to get support without feeling like everything hinges on one call.Â
The structure is meant to support real business owners with real schedules, including moms building a business alongside raising young children, those with full-time 9-5s, or multiple businesses that demand a lot of time (weâll fix that, though).
Absolutely. Personalized support isnât limited to live calls.
A major part of the individualized experience comes through your custom 30 + 90-Day Plan and coaching available in the Facebook community Monday through Friday each week.
Yes. There is a Facebook community included as part of the program, so youâll have an additional place for support, connection, and conversation between calls.
Monthly enrollment is capped at twenty participants to preserve the quality of support and the intimate feel of the program. The goal is to keep the experience personal and high-touch, rather than overcrowded or anonymous!Â
Enrolling sooner is the best way to secure your place and be prioritized for onboarding and planning support.
Your coaching access lasts for 6 months from the start of your cohort, but you have the opportunity to renew at the end of 6 months. This is offered at an alumni-only rate that lets you stay engaged with the community of women youâve been building alongside via the Facebook community and weekly live coaching calls.
Youâll keep lifetime access to the curriculum and materials.
Some members experience shifts in clarity and strategy within the first few weeks, while others build momentum over the full six months.Â
This is not a quick-fix program.Â
Itâs designed for long-term, sustainable growth.
No. The intention is the opposite, actually.Â
Scalable Services helps you simplify, prioritize, and focus on what actually moves your business forward so you can stop spinning your wheels and regain time in your day-to-day life.
Youâre not alone. Most people donât fail because scaling doesnât work. They struggle because they were following strategies that didnât fit their business, audience, or capacity.Â
Scalable Services helps you design an online business model thatâs actually aligned and lights you up, which is often what makes the difference.
Community is huge in our business, and Scalable Services is no exception.
This group is made up of experienced, thoughtful business owners who are serious about growth but not interested in hustle culture. Weâre moms, creatives, strategistsâwomen who are collaborative, supportive, and genuinely rooting for each other. Itâs one of the things our members love most.
